Crime Report: Port Jefferson Station Man Allegedly Steals Jewelry From J.C. Penny

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department and Suffolk County Sheriffs. It does not indicate a conviction.

Parish Whitty, 20, of Coram was arrested on Oct. 9 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of marijuana, both misdemeanors. Whitty was parked at Magnolia Drive near Buckskin Lane in a 2010 KIA allegedly with cocaine on him.

Alysia Metzler, 25, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested on Oct. 9 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Police allegedly found Metzler in a car on Old Town Road with suboxone.

A wallet was stolen from an unlocked Hyundia Santa Fe parked at Mather Hospital on Oct. 11.

Moise Valerio, 26, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Oct. 13 and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Valerio was pulled over by Deputy Sheriffs for allegedly driving over 90 MPH on the Long Island Expressway heading east near exit 51. The Sheriff’s office says that he submitted to a breath test that resulted in a .14 percent blood alcohol content.

Derek Pairan, 21, of Coram was arrested on Oct. 14 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Pairan was allegedly inside a fenced in area in Washington Professional Park located near Suffolk County National Bank at 1500 Route 112.

Anthony Difiore, 23, of Coram was arrested on Oct. 14 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Difiore was with Pairan (above) allegedly inside a fenced in area in Washington Professional Park.

Andrew Zuccaro, 25, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested on Oct. 14 in Lake Grove and charged with petit larceny and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both misdemeanors. Zuccaro allegedly stole jewelry from the J.C. Penny in the Smith Haven mall. When police searched Zuccaro they say that they found a hypodermic needle on him.
