Crime Report: Trying to Fill a Fake Prescription in Port Jeff Station

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Polina Morek, 31, of Novi, MI was arrested on Oakland Avenue in Port Jefferson on April 3 at about 1:50 a.m. and charged with DWI. Police report that someone called 911 to complain about her driving.

Ryan Ruggiero, 33, of Coram, was arrested on Oakland Avenue in Port Jefferson on April 3 at about 1:15 a.m. and charged with harassment. Police say that Ruggiero punched another man numerous times.

Edwin Rodriguez, 23, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Terryville Road in Port Jefferson Station on April 3 at about 9:20 a.m. and charged with possession of a forged instrument. According to police, Rodriguez gave a false ID to an officer after he was pulled over.

Christopher Heinz, 38, of Middle Island, was arrested at on Nesconset Highway in Port Jefferson Station on April 4 at about 2:45 p.m. and charged with possession of a forged instrument. Police say that Heinz allegedly tried to fill a fake prescription at the pharmacy. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Daniel Penna, 25, of Lake Grove, was arrested in Mount Sinai on April 5 at about 12:50 a.m. and charged with DWI. Police report that Penna was driving west on Route 25A when he blew a red light.
