Crime Report: Woman's Wallet Stolen At Schafer's

Christopher Desmond, 31, of Mount Sinai, was arrested on Autumn Drive in Mt. Sinai on Feb. 12 at 1 a.m. and charged with DWI.

Daniel Simeone, 25, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Route 25A in Port Jefferson on Feb. 11 at 2:32 a.m. and charged with DWI.

Maria Devine, 50, of Port Jefferson, was arrested at Route 25A and Hallock Road in Port Jefferson Station on Feb. 11 at 12:18 a.m. and charged with DWI.

On Feb. 11 at 1:35 a.m. a woman reported that she was at in Port Jefferson when someone took a black wallet, driver’s license and debit card from her pocket book.

Nicolas Mejia, 24, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station on Feb. 9 at 11:40 p.m. and charged with DWI.

On Feb. 9 at 8 p.m. someone reported to police that the paint on a 2008 Mercedes was scratched while it was in a driveway on Oakwood Road in Port Jefferson.

Noel McPhail, 23, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Crystal Brook Hollow Road in Port Jefferson Station on Feb. 7 at 11:10 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance and for giving a fake name. McPhail also had an outstanding bench warrant.

Mollie Gibson, 18, of Port Jefferson, was arrested in Port Jefferson on Feb. 5 and charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Gibson allegedly hit another vehicle in the parking lot of Planet Fitness on Route 25A in Rocky Point and left.

Matthew Robertson, 23, of Selden, was arrested on Norwood Avenue in Port Jefferson Station on Feb. 4 at 12:28 p.m. and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Susbstance. Robertson was allegedly in possession of medication without a prescription.

On Feb. 3 at 9:30 p.m. someone reported that a 2004 Honda Accord was stolen from a driveway on Autumn Drive in Mount Sinai. The keys were in the vehicle with the car at the time it was taken.
