Crimes Nearby: 3 Charged With Vandalizing Kings Park Psych Center

Kings Park
Suffolk County Police have charged a misdemeanor, on a building at the former Kings Park Psychiatric Center. Police said Michael Breneisen, 18, of East Northport, Anthony Marmo, 19 of Huntington and Alexis Ibarra of East Northport, spray painted graffiti at the property on Dec. 6 at 6 p.m. Police arrested the men the same day.

A Miller Place man and Brookhaven Town employee who police say conspired to sell drugs pleaded not guilty to a handful of felony charges on Monday, after being arrested on drug possession and conspiracy charges in late November. According to court records, 30-year-old Thomas Forkin – employed in the town's highway department – remains held on $300,000 cash bail or $700,000 bond and is due back in court on Dec. 21.
Shoreham
Charles Molesi, 27, of Shoreham, was charged with three counts of petty larceny, a misdemeanor. According to police, Molesi stole a Dyson vacuum cleaner valued at $500 on Oct. 21, another Dyson vacuum valued at $500 on Nov. 11, and a 50-inch LCD television valued at $600 on Dec. 6.

Tracey Nicosia, 40, of Shoreham, was arrested for allegedly working with Molesi on the Nov.11 theft. Eugene Gotch, 42, of Shoreham, was arrested for allegedly working with Molesi on the Oct. 21 theft. Each was charged with one count of petty larceny, a misdemeanor.
