Crimes Nearby: Comforter Taken From Rocky Point Kohl's

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department or town police and does not indicate a conviction.

Rocky Point

Kimberly Buscher, 33, of Ridge, was arrested April 28 in Setauket and charged with petty larceny. Buscher is accused of taking a comforter from in Rocky Point without paying for it, and was later arrested on Route 347 in Setauket.

James Forster, 64, of Nesconset, was arrested May 1 in Rocky Point and charged with petty larceny. Forster allegedly placed assorted items in his coat without paying for them at the in Rocky Point.

Setauket

Hayden Santos, 18, of Setauket, was arrested April 29 in Setauket and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon.

Smithtown

Milton Martinez, 19, of Bay Shore, was arrested in May 2 in Smithtown second-degree burglary and possession of marijuana. Reports state Martinez was arrested on Express Drive North with marijuana while seated in a 2012 Honda. No additional information on the burglary is available.

Riverhead

Adam Blydenburgh, 20, of Riverhead, and co-defendant John Bailey, 19, of Flanders, were both arrested May 6 at 11:30 p.m. on Flanders Road on charges of grand larceny in the fourth degree, a class-E felony, and conspiracy in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor. Police said the charges stemmed from break-ins into vehicles in the neighborhoods of Quogue and East Quogue on April 7 in which GPS units, cellphones and laptop computers were stolen, police said. The two were arraigned in on May 7.
