Nehemiah Johnson, 23, was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of governmental administration, according to an arrest report. He was processed and held for arraignment.

Police arrested a woman after she was found inside a Johns Lane home in Riverhead on the home owner's couch eating ice cream, police said. Aimee Fitzgerald was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing on Dec. 17 according to police. Fitzgerald was taken to Peconic Bay Medical Center after she told police she needed medication for a medical condition. After she was evaluated and assisted, Fitzgerald was held on $200 bail, according to a police report.
