Fishing Gear Stolen From Boat in Mt. Sinai
Boat in Brookhaven Town dock robbed of fishing gear.
Fishing poles and reels were stolen from a boat in the Brookhaven Town public docks in Mount Sinai harbor.
The owner reported the theft to police on Friday, July 1. No damage was reported to have been done to the boat and police do not have any other reports of stolen items from other boats in the area at the same time. The boat was in dock space 13E at the time of the incident.
The identity of the person who took the fishing gear is unknown.
