Glass Shattered in Front Door of Port Jeff Station Restaurant

Just after midnight on Friday morning a person outside Anamary Spanish and American restaurant located at 1616 Main Street in Port Jefferson Station shattered the glass in the front door of the restaurant. Someone at the restaurant called the police saying that two people with weapons were outside of the store in front of the .

When police arrived they discovered that someone threw a bottle at the door. A police representative said that callers sometimes say that there is a weapon involved in an incident to get the police to respond quicker.

No one at the restaurant was available to comment.
