Motor Vehicle Accident On 25A In Miller Place Requires Rescue Hydraulics

Accident in Miller Place gets one driver trapped requiring emergency services.

At around 6:55 p.m. two vehicles were entering the intersection between 25A and Miller Place Road in Miller Place when they struck one another. According to the Public Information Office (PIO), one of the drivers was able to get out of the car, while the other remained stuck.

"It looks like someone was trapped in one of the vehicles and they had to call emergency services to help get them out," said a representative from the PIO. "Although it sounds really bad, it couldn't really be a serious injury because they didn't call the crime scene."

One person was taken to a hospital to seek treatment for their injuries.
