Mt. Sinai Man Killed in Car Crash
John Lamberta of Mt. Sinai was killed in the single car accident Sunday morning.
A car crash took the life of a Mt. Sinai man early Sunday morning.
According to Suffolk County police, John Lamberta was driving a 2010 Hyundai south on North Ocean Ave. at about 7 a.m. when his car went off the road and into the woods a quarter-mile south of Canal Road in Mt. Sinai.
Lamberta, 61, was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.

According to police no other cars were involved in the accident, which is under investigation.
