Port Jefferson Patch reader and volunteer fireman Andrew Tetreault snapped these photos of the Port Jefferson Fire Department responding to a call at Port Jefferson Florist shop on Main Street near Theatre Three on Wednesday.
"Upon arrival... the crew entered the building and encountered flames during the process of pulling ceilings in order to search for the fire," Tetreault reported in a blog post he filed with Port Jefferson Patch on the fire.
With almost 30 firefighters responding, there were no inhuries reported and the blaze was contained.
