Port Jefferson Student Takes Part in County Golf Championships
Constantine Spentzos tied for 13th place at Indian Island Golf Course.
Constantine Spentzos, a junior at in Port Jefferson played in the Suffolk County Golf Championships at Indian Island Golf Course and tied for 13th place.
About 250 student-athletes participated in day one of the tournament, with only the top 30 players advancing to day two.
"Spentzos shot impressive rounds of 76 and 83, succeeding in the difficult course conditions," the school said in a statement.
