Port Jeff Elementary School Orchestra Plays at Mather
Outdoor concert performed as part of annual event for Nurses Week.
The Port Jefferson fifth grade orchestra students performed an outdoor concert for nurses, patients, parents and hospital staff and administrators in honor of National Nurses Week in May.
Music teacher, Christian Neubert organized the special performance after the students were invited by Mather Hospital to perform, according to Port Jefferson school music director, Michael Caravello.
