By remembering to dial 911 in an emergency, Paige Miller might have saved the life of a loved one.
After seeing her grandmother collapse and suffer a seizure, Miller, a student at Edna Louise Spear Elementary School, quickly called 911, according to the school district.
At the October Board of Education meeting Miller was hailed as a Community Hero earning an award commending her for her heroism.
