Ducks Win Second-Straight Championship

Watch the full game that earned Long Island's Atlantic League team another title.

The Long Island Ducks won the Atlantic League championship for the second-consecutive year by defeating the Somerset Patriots 6-4 on Sunday.

The Ducks had won the first two games of the series, before Somerset took two extra inning games to force a fifth-and-deciding game in New Jersey.

Long Island won the title last year when it beat the Lancaster Barnstormers in five games.

The Ducks also won the 2004 championship.
