WBAB and WBLI Blood Drive 9/11 Commerative Blood Drive

102.3 WBAB and 106.1 BLI are encouraging Long Islanders to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of 9/11/01 by “Giving Life for Lives Lost”.

WBAB, BLI and Long Island Blood Services will be hosting a series of Blood Drives beginning Tuesday, September 6th through Saturday, September 10th at locations all over Long Island, including many local Fire Departments.

Your blood donation will help us reach our goal of collecting one unit of blood for every life lost on September 11, 2001.

Blood Donors will receive a special “Give Life for Lives Lost” t-shirt. 

WBAB and BLI would like to recognize the generosity of the business leaders and organizations identified below  for offering their resources and giving back to the Long Island community.
