Suffolk County native Jim DiVilio has an impresive list of successful area restaurants to his credit. His latest venture, Eldorado American Grill, has been a big success in Port Jefferson Station since its opening in 2001. "If you ask any kid in the area, I'd gurantee you they would say this is their favorite place to eat," explains the proud owner of this popular Southern-style family eatery. Eldorado is also a major venue for sports bar entusiasts, with 12 HD screens as of August, 2010, and 10 more on the way.

More than just a steakhouse, the diverse menu was developed from customer requests and incorporates big salads made with farm fresh produce. Promotions include 50 cent wing nights, lunch and dinner specials. At the bar, it's happy hour more often than not (including some late night blocks).

The indoor decor and exterior retro "EAT" sign on eastbound Route 347 make Eldorado a beacon for old-fashioned roadhouse cruisers- people who love their cars, and like to show you what's under their hood. Stop in on Wednesday evenings for the "Cruise Night," or anytime to check out Jim DiVilio's pink 1946 Chevy Fleet Master with original interior.

Delivery via Stonybrook Express.
