Our Lady of Wisdom Regional School is a private, Catholic educational institution founded by the Daughters of Wisdom in the late 1930s. Most of the school's students come from the parishes of Infant Jesus in Port Jefferson, Saint Gerard Majella in Port Jefferson Station, Saint James in Setauket and Saint Louis de Montfort in Sound Beach. The school hosts many fundraisers throughout the year to assist with tuition costs.
