Ronnie Pallini Gets Promoted to Sergeant From National Guard Soldier

Local solider receives big promotion based on overall performance.

Major General Patrick A. Murphy, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announced promotions of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.

One of our own, Ronnie Pallini, from Port Jefferson, was one of the recipients of a promotion. Pallini serves with the Company B, 1-69th Infantry and was just promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Which is a pretty big jump from a guard soldier.

Army National Guard said its promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential. All of which were found in that of Pallini.
