Night Time Striped Bass and Sea Bass too!

If you don't have time in the daylight hours, then consider the night time.  Bass are good night time feeders and you don't have to worry about boat traffic for sure.  Bunker chunks with fish finder rigs placed in areas where Bass have to pass through, like inlets, is a good strategy to score some Bass.

Bunker chunks during the early morning or daylight hours works too.  Sea bass can also be caught using the same bait you would fish for striped bass with.  Clams are often used for sea bass and porgies, but small chunks of bunker works great for keeper sea bass.  Clams catch lots of sea bass, but lots of shorts, while chunks of fish seem to get the bigger ones interested.  Try chunks of fish for bait and you will surely catch keeper sea bass.
