Stop
in to Vine 2 Wine on Saturday, July 6, from 3-6pm for a complimentary
wine tasting. We will feature Triennes Rosé
2012 as well as
Ponzi Tavola Pinot Noir 2011. The Rosé
is
comprised of 70% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, and 5% Merlot. An aromatic
nose of strawberries and white flowers with hints of vanilla is
followed by a round, harmonious and seamless palate. This rose has
both the harmony and elegance of the widely appreciated roses of
Provence, making it an ideal accompaniment for a warm afternoon. The
Pinot Noir boasts aromas
of crushed cherry, spiced rose petal, a
hint of toasted vanilla and savory notes. The delicate mouth shows
Italian plum with licorice
and a velvety texture finishing bright with fine tannins.
