Complimentary Wine Tasting & Cheese Pairing

On
Sunday, June 30 from 1-4pm, Vine 2 Wine will be hosting a
complimentary wine tasting featuring Laborum Torrontes 2010 as well
as Michael Gassier Cotes du Rhone Villages Cercius 2011. The
Torrontes is very pale yellow with subtly complex aromas of lime,
dusty herbs, and vinegar. Supple, concentrated and serious, with a
tactile quality and good lift to the lime zest and floral flavors.
Finishes dusty and long, with lingering floral perfume. The Cotes du
Rhone is deep ruby with purple tinges, and wonderfully intense. A
stunning nose of black raspberry liqueur intermixed with sweet
cherries, licorice, and pepper. Round, generous, opulent and heady,
this wine is fabulously intense.
