Heart of Healing Half Day Course and Retreat

In this course we will explore how the deepest and most effective healing is healing of the heart. The "three poisons" of attachment, aversion and ignorance function continually to distort and disturb our body and mind at many levels, both visibly and invisibly. If we are working to dissolve these three poisons, then we are on a path to healing at the deepest level. We will also learn and engage in a deep healing practice which we can use for ourselves or for giving healing to others.
