My initial reaction to this headline was "oh, great, JUST what we need, multifamily…Read More housing!"...then I thought about it and it thought it might not be a bad thing and could actually be an answer to the problems in the 112 south of Sheep Pasture in PJ to 112 & 347 in PJS...Think about a new housing/transportation/shopping hub...where cars are not necessary....and a new community evolves...There is a TON of real estate in that corridor that is available, either condemned (the diner), foreclosed, burntout, crumbling....A master plan to include rentals AND Co-op/Condos, with the right developers could actually totally revitalize the area....Hmmmmmm, any developers out there?..Think about it...Could definitely be profitable...

"They believe that regardless of sexual orientation, their organization is good for the youth of America." Being part of a group such as BSA is DEFINITELY a positive influence to our youth!!!
