My Long Island TV Features Port Jefferson Village Dickens Festival
The festival, held in December, Lantern Dedication was recently featured on an online YouTube channel.
Every year the Dickens Festival is held in Port Jefferson Village as a way to remember the past, honor Charles Dickens, and get the residents in the mood for the holidays.
However, in addition to celebrating literature, the Dickens Festival celebrates life as friends and family gather to dedicate a streetlight to the memory of a loved one.
