Old Ramp Chevrolet Dealership Land Sold For $3.45M, To Become Multi-Family Housing

Coldwell Banker sold the 8.9 acres to Hauppauge-based Northwind Group with plans of building 85 apartments on the abandoned property.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services has confirmed that one of its managing principal agents, Lee Rosner, has arranged the sale of a 8.9 acre commercial property on 1435 Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station.

The land was sold to a Hauppauge-based company, the Northwind Group for $3.45M. According to Coldwell Banker, Northwind plans on building a multi-family housing development on the former Ramp Chevrolet Dealership (also known as the Jefferson Meadows).

Prior to closing Northwind obtained approvals to construct 85 apartment units under the Town of Brookhaven's Blight to Light Program, which was a study that took a hard look at Brookhaven's abandoned or poorly maintained buildings.
