Excited residents headed out early and braved the cold to check out this years festivities in the village.

Today marks the second day in the 18th Annual Dickens Festival. Thousands of people hit the streets to tour the town, get free hot chocolate at Dunkin Donuts, and take advantage of meeting people from centuries past.
