Suburban Exterminating Gets Port Jefferson Station Kids to Swarm

Has your child ever picked up a spider to study it? Has your child followed that ant trail back to its nest? Do they want to know what every bug is named or how bees make honey?  If world of insects amazes your child, they’ll love the Suburban Exterminating library event.

Children will learn different insect characteristics and survival techniques from real, certified entomologists. There will even be live insects and rodents – a tarantula, Madagascar roaches and other animals – which the children can study.

The program will run for 45 minutes to an hour, and open to children grades 3-5.
