Hunger Games Parody Stars Port Jeff Station Actor

He’s performed at several area locales covering musicals to dramas, but now this Port Jefferson Staion native will show off his comedic chops this Saturday at the Tilles Center for a one-night performance of the stage parody, “The Hungry Hungry Games”.

Evan Teich takes on several roles in this stage production that parodies the uber popular novel and movie “The Hunger Games”,  by Suzanne Collins.

In an interview with Explore LI, Teich said, "We're in no way trashing 'Hunger Games. It's more like comic homage. The more you know about the novel -- maybe you've read it two or three times -- the more you appreciate the jokes."
