Carnival Restaurant Expansion Set to Begin
Restaurant to begin expanding in two weeks.
Carnival Restaurant, which acquired the location next door over a year ago, is set to begin its expansion and renovation in about two weeks.
Joe Maccarrone, whose father Nick owns the restaurant, said they hope to have everything completed in the Fall.
"We're expanding the whole restaurant," he said. "We are redoing the pizzeria and probably going to put a brick oven in."
He said they plan to add close to 100 seats and a bigger bar as well.
The CardSmart next door closed about two years ago and the restaurant acquired the location soon after.
