CT Station Holds Contest For Free Ferry Tickets To Boaters Festival

This weekend's boaters festival in Port Jefferson first of its kind in the village.

Seems the is causing a bit of excitement across the Sound.

WPLR, a rock format radio station serving our good neighbors to the north is offering a contest for free tickets to come to this weekend's maritime celebration being held in the village.

"Come see the beautiful harbor at Port Jefferson and learn about its rich maritime heritage," the website for the contest reads. "You'll see boat exhibitors, live demonstrations, children’s activities, touch tanks, sailing instruction and yes, pirates and tresure hunts!"
