Weekend Guide: New Art Show at Port Jefferson Village Center & More

While many places are closed on Sunday for Easter, there is still plenty of fun to be had in the Port Jefferson area on Friday night and Saturday.

Fine Arts

• Check out works from the North Shore Art Guild in its spring show "Rejuvenation" now on display at the Port Jefferson Village Center.

Kids & Family

• The Port Jefferson Free Library's Saturday event for children is "Meadow of Lambs" at 11 a.m., in which kids will be treated to stories and songs about lambs and will make a picture to take home.

Entertainment

• Don't forget there's always karaoke at The Village Way starting at 10 p.m. Saturday.
• Friday Night Face-Off is a comedy series starting at 10 p.m. at Theater Three.
• Theater Three's main stage production is "Back to Bacharach" at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. This weekend is your last chance to catch the show.
• The "Festival of One-Act Plays" at Theater Three continues at 3 p.m. Saturday.
