• The Maritime Explorium in Port Jefferson is open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday for kids to explore.

• Saturday Night Live is one option for live music and weekend fun at Danford's.
• Theatre Three's Festival of One-Act Plays continues Friday night and Satuday night at 8 p.m.

• Port Jefferson Station-based National Cancer Research Foundation has a fundraiser show at the Boulton Center in Bay Shore on Sunday at 2 p.m. to raise money for research and educational efforts.
