Complimentary Wine Tasting & Cheese Pairing

On Saturday, December 1, Vine 2 Wine will be hosting a complimentary wine tasting and cheese pairing from 3-6pm. This tasting will include Norton Ridge North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 as well as Finca Domingo's Hermanos Torrontes 2011. The cabernet is full and rich with a ripe core of black currant, boysenberry, mocha, cassis, and plum flavors. A touch of earth and tobacco in the pleasant, long finish. This has all the characteristics that make California cabernets such a treat. The Torrontes comes from Cafayate vineyard located at 5500 feet of elevation. Its fragrant tropical fruit aromas set the stage for a dry, medium-bodied, vibrant wine with a lingering fruit filled finish. Come give them a try!
