Complimentary Wine Tasting & Cheese Pairing

This Saturday, November 3, from 3-6pm, Vine 2 Wine will be hosting a complimentary wine tasting and cheese pairing. This tasting will feature La Follette North Coast Pinot Noir 2010 as well as Bleecker California Chardonnay. The Pinot Noir offers a symphony of red fruits in the glass, joined by earthy forest floor elements and notes of rose petal, rosemary and sage. A bright entry of red cherry transitions midpalate to charcuterie and cranberry, offering a lovely acid/tannin balance. The late palate displays intriguing notes of quince and lavender, wrapped in a long, spicy finish. Overall, a multi-layered and palate-pleasing rendition of coastal Pinot Noir. The Chardonnay is 100% tank fermented. Without the inclusion of any oak, the incredible fruit quality is able to shine through nicely. A fruity explosion, Bleecker was born from a winery error, some of the 2009 Wyatt Chardonnay was mixed with the 2010 Chardonnay. Because blended wines are not entitled to vintage status, we decided to de-classify this tank and produce a delicious, clean, everyday Chardonnay at an even more delicious price!
