Executive Chef Guy Reuge Partakes in the Second Annual Taste of France in Bryant Park

A
Taste of France is a not-for-profit organization, benefiting Actions Against
Hunger, that hosts the world’s largest event dedicated to France, in a mission
to offer New Yorkers the ability to experience France in a brand new way. This
year, Executive Chef Guy Reuge of Mirabelle Restaurant at Three Village Inn is
participating in the event. He will be presenting a cooking demonstration with
a dish of his choice; fricassee of wine of rabbit with chanterelle mushrooms
and basil flavored gnocchi. He will be cooking for approximately 150 people,
including French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Laurent Fabius and French
Minister For Food Industry, Mr. Guillame Garot, the French Prime Minister and
Mayor Bloomberg.
