Traditional Boat Festival

As part of the "From shore to shore: Boat Builders and Boatyards of Long Island and Westchester" exhibit, there will be a display of traditional recreational and commercial fishing boats from Long Island.  Displays of traditional boats will include an original restored Seaford

skiff, a replica of a Hudson River barge boat, and a Beetle Cat boat,

along with the builders and restorers of these traditional vessels. The

Bayles Boat Shop will be open to visitors, where you can learn about
