Community Update

Great kickboxing classes, not at all like the ones I've taken at those other places that are just like Tae Bo. This was real kickboxing and I got a great workout and the instructors are very safety conscious with all the students. I highly recommend this program if you bored with all those other kickboxing programs. This one is really different.
