In June, asked people to give in its Perfect Plates Restaurant Program. They also asked people if they thought restaurant servings were too large.
A majority of the people polled (88 percent) said portions at restaurants were too big. People also gave ideas on how to limit the amount of food they ate at a sitting while dining out.
Patch wants to know what our readers think. Like Goldilocks found in the bears' house, some portions are too big, some are too small and others are just right.
Do you know of any restaurants that just give to much food? Is there even such a thing? Which places give just the right amount per serving every time? Tell us in the comments.
Also, take our poll and tell us what ideas you think are the best to control portions at a restaurant.
