This building on Nesconset Highway in Port Jefferson Station, once the home to a used car dealership called North Shore Auto Mall, has been used in recent years as a temporary location for a Halloween costume shop and a Chrismas tree lot. It stands empty now and is for sale or lease according to the owners.
A new was recently constructed across from and a opened next to so new businesses are coming to the Route 347 corridor.
The property has good access from the highway and ample parking (think of all those cars they used to keep on the lot.)
