Crime Report: DWI Charges and Criminal Possession

A blotter of the latest arrests and incidents in Port Jefferson.

Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Port Jefferson and Port Jefferson Station during March 9-16.

Spencer Kuhn, 30, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested March 16 in Terryville and charged with second degree disorderly conduct. Reports state Kuhn allegedly violated an order of protection by consuming alcohol.     

Jennifer Romeo, 35, Port Jefferson Station was arrested March 16 in Commack and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reports state Romeo allegedly possessed concaine, oxycodone, and clonazepan.

Paula Lutzen, 25, of Port Jefferson was arrested March 15 in Port Jefferson and charged with DWI. Reports state Lutzen was arrested on Liberty Ave., Port Jefferson after allegedly operating her 2003 Dodge while intoxicated.   

Dylan Rice, 19, of Manahawkin was arrested March 12 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with aggravated DWI. Reports state Rice allegedly operated his 1986 Toyota Camery while intoxicated on Jane Blvd., Port Jefferson Station.

Jose Campos, 49, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested March 12 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with disorderly conduct. Reports state Campos was arrested for allegedly yelling at somebody while intoxicated.    

Vincent Repka, 43, of Port Jefferson was arrested March 11 in Wyandanch and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reports state Repka allegedly possessed crack on Straight Path, Wyandanch. Reports also state Repka was witnessed to be in alleged possession of a glass pipe.    

A sixteen year old of Port Jefferson Station was arrested March 10 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Reports state the youth was found in possession of marijuana by school officials at Comsewogue High School.    

Sean McMahon, 41, of Lindenhurst was arrested March 9 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with disorderly conduct. Reports state McMahon allegedly lay down on the sidewalk in front of Port Jeff Bowl.    

Nicholas Strasheim, 27, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested March 9 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reports state Strasheim allegedly had possession of a roxycodone pill.    

Nicholas Abreu, 20, of Coram was arrested March 9 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Reports state Abreu was allegedly in possession of marijuana after an officer stopped his 2008 Toyota on Old Town Rd during a traffic stop.    

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  If any of the above charges have been acquitted, in order for removal from publication, one must email the writer and provide proof of dismissal.
