Crime Report: Man Threatens With Steak Knife
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Port Jefferson and Port Jefferson Station during Sept. 7-12:
Mitchell Seymour, 18, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Sept. 11 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with loitering. Seymour was arrested for the alleged possession of a Xanax. Reports indicate Seymour was huddled together with others in a known drug location.
Thomas Becker, 19, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Sept. 11 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with loitering. Becker was arrested for the alleged marijuana possession.

David Torres, 19, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Sept. 11 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and false impersonation. Torres was arrested for the alleged possession of marijuana in his pants pockets. Reports indicate Torres was huddled with others in a known drug location. Upon his arrest, he allegedly gave the officer a false name.
Pablo Genao, 26, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Sept. 9 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Genao was arrested for the alleged marijuana possession in the drivers seat of a 2011 Hyundai at approximately 2:30 p.m.

Sean Kennedy, 19, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Sept. 9 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Kennedy was arrested for the alleged possession of Xanax at approximately 11:25 p.m. in 1990 Plymouth.
Jose Velasquez, 40, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Sept. 9 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Velasquez was arrested for the alleged possession of a Xanax in a 1990 Plymouth at approximately 11:25 p.m. Reports indicate he was accompanied with Velasquez, above.
Augusto Fernandez, 25, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Sept. 8 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Fernandez was arrested for the alleged marijuana possession in a 2011 Infinity at approximately 1:45 p.m. Fernandez was on Route 347 and Jane Blvd.
Rafael Gonzalez, 53, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Sept. 8 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon. Gonzalez was arrested for the alleged threat with a steak knife to another male on Route 112, Port Jefferson Station.
Christine Archer, 29, of Selden was arrested Sept. 7 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with first offense DWI. Archer was arrested for the alleged operation of a 2010 Chevy while intoxicated on Crystal Brook Hollow Rd., Port Jefferson at approximately 1:28 a.m.
