Crime Report: Police Make Arrests for Alleged Felony DWI, Criminal Mischief

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Corbett Robinson, 54, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested on May 21 in Mt. Sinai and charged with DWI with a prior conviction in 10 years, a felony. After a 911 caller reported an erratic driver on Mt. Sinai-Coram Road, police said they found Robinson asleep behind the wheel with the engine running. According to court records, Robinson was arrested at 12:55 a.m. and posted $5,000 bail on May 29. He is due back in court onJuly 30.

Joseph Uhl, 18, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on May 25 in Selden and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. Police said he damaged four vehicles, a lamp post and a steel door, and was arrested at 10:45 p.m.

Anthony Metz, 26, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on May 23 in Middle Island and charged with third-degree criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a felony, after allegedly smashing the windshield of a 1998 Honda Accord with his hand. He was arrested at 5:36 p.m.

Daniel Morbillo, 22, of Mt. Sinai, was arrested on May 25 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said he was going 45 mph in a 30 mph zone at 2:12 a.m. while driving south on Route 112 at Jayne Boulevard.

Joshua Drost, 24, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on May 21 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. Police pulled him over on Huron Street, saying he had a suspended license and heroin in his possession.
