Crime Report: A Lipstick Vandal in Port Jeff

Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Port Jefferson and Port Jefferson Station during Oct. 4 - 9:

Ricky Pedone, 54, of Terryville was arrested Oct. 9 in Setauket and charged with first offense DWI. Pedone was arrested on Wireless Rd., Setauket for the alleged operation of a 1969 Chevy Corvette while intoxciated. Reports indicate the incident occurred at approximately 7:57 p.m.  

Gregory Garabedian, 21, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Oct. 9 in Port Jefferson and charged with violent behavior. Garabedian was arrested on Arlene, Pl. for the alleged involvement in a fight.   

Jason Sorin, 23, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Oct. 9 in Coram and charged with first offense DWI. Sorin was arrested for the alleged operation of a 2005 Toyota Corolla while intoxicated. Reports indicate the incident occurred at approximately 12:52 a.m., South of Pauls Path, Coram.    

Mark Drago, 49, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Oct. 9 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with first offense DWI. Drago was allegedly operating a 1996 Suzuki motorcycle while intoxicated on Route 112, Port Jefferson at approximately 11:40 p.m.    

Erin Tisch, 22, of Sayville was arrested Oct. 9 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with assault. 

Eric Faunce, 30, of Port Jefferson was arrested Oct. 8 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with first degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Reports indicate Faunce was arrested for the alleged operation of an Accura wile intoxicated. Reports state he was traveling at the intersection of Chereb Ln. at approximately 10:50 a.m.   

Daniel Morena, 29, of Coram was arrested Oct. 7 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Morena was arrested for the alleged operation of a 2003 Audi while intoxicated. Reports state he was traveling on Route 112 near Bicycle Path, Port Jefferson Station at approximately 3:51 a.m.   

Keith Stetz, 24, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Oct. 7 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with two counts of petty larceny. Stetz was arrested for the alleged theft at Walmart located in Setauket.    

Patricia Moran, 47, of Kings Park was arrested Oct. 6 in Port Jefferson and charged with third degree criminal tampering. Moran was arrested for allegedly vandalizing the front door of a home, and a 2011 Nissan in the driveway with lipstick.
