Crime Report: Trespassers Arrested For Climbing Hill
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Port Jefferson and Port Jefferson Station during July 6-9:
Elliot Brewster, 25, of Coram was arrested July 9 in Port Jefferson and charged with first offense DWI. Brewster was arrested for allegedly operating a 2006 Subaru on Main St. at approximately 2 a.m. while intoxicated.
Gregory Vanostrand, 33, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested July 8 in Port Jefferson and charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Vanostrand was operating a 2007 GMC at approximately 10:30 p.m. when he struck a tree on private property and allegedly fled the scene.

Bilal Raja, 19, of East Setauket was arrested July 6 in Belle Terre and charged with trespassing. Raja allegedly climbed a hill on private property on Belle Circle, Belle Terre. Reports also state “No Tresspassing” signs were posted.
Ramy Noaman, 20, of East Setauket was arrested July 6 in Belle Terre and charged with trespassing. Raja allegedly climbed a hill on private property on Belle Circle, Belle Terre. Reports state “No Tresspassing” signs were posted.
