Crime Report: 2 Arrested for Selling Drugs

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Carlos Fabian, 31, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 15 at about 4:40 p.m. and charged with two counts of second degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: 2 oz narcotic drug. The arrest is the result of an investigation of incidents that allegedly occurred on Feb. 9 on Champlain Street and March 10 by Kool Place in Port Jefferson Station.

A 17-year-old minor, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged with fourth degree grand larceny. She allegedly removed credit cards from a locker at on Nov. 22.

Jeanine Romano, 42, of Port Jefferson, was arrested Dec. 17 at about 12:13 a.m. and charged with second degree harassment. She allegedly pushed a police officer and resisted arrest at Howard Street in Port Jefferson.

Carlos Mosquea, 25, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 19 and charged with one count of first degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: two ounce narcotic drug and three counts of second degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: half ounce narcotic drug. The arrest was part of an investigation from incidents that allegedly occurred on Jan. 19, Jan. 27, Feb. 14, and Feb. 17.

Heather Mazza, 23, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 20 at about 1 a.m. and charged with first degree operating of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Police found her allegedly asleep near the corner of Route 25A and Ridge Road in Rocky Point in a 2002 Hyundai that was stopped on right shoulder with the vehicle half in roadway.
