Crime Report: Two Handgun Arrests in Port Jeff

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Stephen Percoco, 21, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested on Oct. 26 on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Percoco was parked in his 1999 Toyota on Old Town Road in Port Jefferson Station allegedly in possession of pills that were not prescribed to him.

Ying Tang, 42, of Flushing, Queens was arrested on Oct. 27 on charges of unauthorized practice of a profession. Tang was allegedly practicing massage without a license at 60 North Country Road in Port Jefferson.

Lucia Giliberti, 62, of East Setauket was arrested on Oct. 30 on charges of petit larceny. Giliberti allegedly stole eight linen napkins and bath products from the Home Goods Store on Route 347 in Port Jefferson Station.

Leroy Douglas, 50, of Port Jefferson was arrested near 512 Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station on Oct. 31 on charges of 2nd Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon. Douglas allegedly had a loaded Rohm handgun that was said to be in his right front pocket.

James Hubbard, 21, of Port Jefferson, was arrested on Nov. 1 on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Nicole Miller, 22, of Port Jefferson, was arrested on Nov. 1 on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana.

Joseph Wilko, 20, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Nov. 1 on charges of robbery. Wilko allegedly approached another man on Rowe Avenue in Port Jefferson Station with a handgun and demanded money.
