Crime Report: Two Suspects at Large for Assault Charge

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Port Jefferson and Port Jefferson Station during July 27 - Aug. 1:

George Lyzak, 38, of Port Jefferson was arrested Aug. 1 in Port Jefferson and charged with second degree harassment. No other details can be provided. 

A seventeen year old boy from Centereach was arrested July 30 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with third degree assault. The youth allegedly punched someone in the face in a parking lot on Route 112, Port Jefferson Station. Reports indicate two other suspects are at large.

James Licausi, (unknown age), of Riverhead was arrested July 29 in Port Jefferson and charged with second degree harassment and criminal mischief. No other details can be provided.     

Daniel Pittel, 34, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested July 28 in Coram and charged with circumvent interlock subject. Reports indicate Pittel was arrested for allegedly operating a 2006 GMC without an ignition interlock device on Route 25 in Coram at approximately 9:25 a.m.

Adam Heller, 35, of Port Jefferson was arrested July 27 in Port Jefferson and charged with third degree criminal mischief. Heller was arrested for allegedly punching the hood of a Toyota Avalon on East Broadway, Port Jefferson at approximately 3:40 p.m.
