Two Bayport men are facing a slew of D and E felony charges for allegedly robbing the Dunkin' Donut locations in Blue Point and Sayville on seven different days between November 8 and December 16, according to Suffolk Police.

Lucero On DOJ Agreement: Sense of Responsibility Missing

Before the Suffolk County Legislature unanimously approved an agreement Tuesday with the Department of Justice that requires the Suffolk County Police Department to ensure it polices without bias, Joselo Lucero spoke to remind the legislature what it took to get there.

At around 6:55 p.m. two vehicles were entering the intersection between 25A and Miller Place Road in Miller Place when they struck one another. According to the Public Information Office (PIO), one of the drivers was able to get out of the car, while the other remained stuck.

Water Leak Closes Stairwell In High School

Fire Trucks and other emergency responders were called Dec. 19 to help with a water leak at the Miller Place High School. According to the high school principal's office, the water leak began sometime this morning and was causing water to seep out into one of the stairwells in the new wing.

Nassau DA: Ronkonkoma Man Faces Perjury Charges

A Ronkonkoma man who works as a correction officer for the Nassau County Sheriff's Department has been arrested for allegedly making false statements before a grand jury and on sworn documents. According to Nassau County District Attorney's office, Joseph Donlon, 48 of Ronkonkoma, was arrested Monday along with retired officer John Andujar, 55 and now resides in Florida.
