Crimes Nearby: Domino's Delivery Guy Mugged in Stony Brook

Stony Brook

Suffolk County Police arrested three teens for allegedly mugging a Domino's pizza delivery driver at knifepoint on Sunday night and making off with his cash. Police said a Domino's delivery man brought an order of three pizzas to a Buxmont Lane home in Stony Brook around 9:00 p.m. .

Colleen Dolan, 29, of Stony Brook, was arrested April 14 at Stony Brook University Medical Center and stands accused of acting in a manner that causes injury to children under age 17. According to reports, Dolan, who was intoxicated at the time she was arrested, was watching two one- and two-year-old children who were not her own at a home in St. James when she left them alone for more than three hours.

Setauket

Gabriel Carson, 29, of Wading River, was arrested April 19 in Setauket and charged with disorderly conduct: obstructing traffic. According to reports, Carson was found standing in the median of Route 347 at Pond Path with a sign begging for money, causing vehicles to swerve to avoid him.

Rocky Point

Kenneth Adamo, 32, of Ridge, was arrested April 16 in Rocky Point and charged with multiple counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon. Adamo was allegedly initialy arrested while in possession of metal knuckles and a switchblade knife before Police later found a stun gun in his vehicle at the Seventh Precinct in Shirley during a search warrant. He was then charged with third degree criminial possession of a weapon.

Smithtown

Lorraine Pepper, 48, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Smithtown on April 20 at 6:10 p.m. on assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon charges. Reports state Pepper was arrested on Route 25A in Smithtown after an incident that occurred on Peconic Street in Ronkonkoma where police say she struck a male victim with a knife causing lacerations and bleeding, which required medical attention.

Lisa Macedonio, 34, of Hicksville, was arrested on April 17 in Smithtown at 11:30 p.m. on petit larceny charges. Reports state Macedonio was arrested at the fourth precinct in Smithtown for an incident that took place on Burton Lane in Commack where police say she took a male Chihuahua.

Riverhead

A Babylon man was arrested Friday night after then proceeded to flee the scene of the accident.
Timothy Corcoran, 43, was later found in the parking lot of the Flanders McDonald’s, police said. Corcoran was arrested and transported to the Riverhead Town Police Department, where he was held on charges of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

as part of a 10-month East End Drug Task Force investigation. According to the office of District Attorney Thomas Spota, William Turner, 35, and Shana Gilmore, 32, were arrested on April 20. The task force reportedly found an AK-47 rifle and a short-barrelled shotgun in the home, and prescription pills and cocaine in other homes searched as part of the investigation. Turner was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. Gilmore was charged with conspiracy in the fourth degree.
